Pure, certified organic Ontario maple syrup, produced over a wood-burning evaporator - available direct from our farm! We have been producing maple syrup here, and hosting innumerable pancake brunches and school group visits, for over 40 years! We love sharing both our product and place with you! Our sugarbush is nestled on a sprawling limestone ridge, which means our syrup is both tasty and smooth. We are also past winners of the Grand Champion Reserve at the Royal Winter Fair! We have been certified organic for over a decade, currently through EcoCert Canada, and have always practiced sustainable forestry practices.
