Coming from a dairy/cash crop background from Flamborough Township, Sean and Theresa Wilson purchased their farm in 2010. The Wilson family was inspired to move toward "direct to table" foods. They chose to grow garlic due to a demand by the "local food movement" for Canada's gourmet garlic. Our climate is preferred for growing "hard neck" garlic which brings a more robust flavour over the soft neck varieties. They expanded into sweet corn in 2018.
