At Madrigal Gardens we grow vegetables and melons, raise a few chickens for eggs and meat, grow micro greens and provide these to you through a CSA box program, custom farm gate orders and the Peterborough Regional and Lakefield Farmers’ Markets. We are a family run farm, once beef cattle, now lettuce and tomatoes. Our gardens have increased in size and scope each year. The gardens are organic (no certification currently) so we do not use herbicides or pesticides. Vegetables are provided in season so as the seasons change so do the offerings.
