FMO Annual Awards Program
FMO celebrates the excellent efforts of its member markets each year with the annual awards program. Nominations will be judged by the FMO board awards committee and will be presented during the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention (OFVC) in February.
Farmers’ Market of the Year (1 award)
Farmers’ Markets Ontario will recognize an outstanding Farmers’ Market that is exemplary in adding value to their communities and the Ontario farmers’ market sector for the season.
Best in Innovation (1 award)
Farmers’ Markets Ontario will recognize an outstanding Farmers’ Market that has executed an exemplary innovative idea/program for the season.
Best Special Event (1 award)
Farmers’ Markets Ontario will recognize an outstanding Farmers’ Market that has executed an exemplary special event during the season.
