The Den Besten Trout Farm specializes in farm raised rainbow trout. We smoke our own fish with real apple wood, in a few different flavours and also sell frozen fresh fillets. You will find us at the Brantford, Kitchener, Horton (St. Thomas), Port Dover, Port Rowan, Simcoe and St. Jacobs Farmers’ Markets.
