I joined the FarmStart organisation in April of 2010, by attending their lectures and growing a farm courses. In that year i got the opportunity to visit and volunteered works with lots of veggie farms in Ontario. the following year. In 2011, FarmStart gave me a test plot of 1/4 acre of land at the McVean Farm in Brampton, where i proved myself as a potention future farmer. Having completed my obligations in 2011, FarmStart gave me 1 Acre of land to start up my Farming Carrier, under the banner of Potager duKanada. Selling at different Farmers' markets in the GTA. As i have adopted farming as my passion for growing natural and organic vegetables, i bought the farm property at 1661 Third Ave Louth, St-Catharines, Ontario in 2015. We have been farming the proper ever since and plan on continuing and keep growing local fresh vegetables for the community.
