Following in the footsteps two previous generations, we grow a wide variety of produce. Our main crops are asparagus, beets, carrots, celeriac, cruciferous crops (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts), greens (lettuce, kale, Swiss chard, spinach), herbs, leeks, onions, potatoes (white, red, Yukon), and tomatoes.
