Ayse Akoner & Jens Eller

Ayse & Jens are successful European-trained chefs who decided that growing their own vegetables would ensure the freshness & quality of the food they served at their Toronto restaurant. In 2004 they purchased a 100 acre farm near Owen Sound where they are now growing a variety of vegetables & berries, raising pigs & cattle & developing an orchard. “We are passionate about food & nothing is better than local food, in season”, expresses the initiative that launched Marvellous Edibles Farm.
