Ken Collins is a University of Guelph grad & represents the 4th generation of Collins family Market Gardeners. Passionate about food & the environment, they believe that “buying local is a great way to reduce our personal ecological footprint.” Caroll is delighted by the increasing interest in food demonstrated by consumers at the local markets & while giving information & advice she often receives requests for items which can be considered for inclusion in the Collins Farm Produce inventory.
