Bill, Mary & Tim Belch

“A desire to protect a part of Canadian history” was the motivation that in 1968 inspired surgeon Dr. Bill Belch to establish Peterborough Buffalo Farms. Today, in collaboration with his son Tim, the tradition continues & the 700-acre spread with a herd of over 300 proudly holds the title “the oldest commercial buffalo ranch in Canada.”
