Stephen & Nora Jackiw
“Flavour is everything to us. Our garden is a marriage of interests in cooking, working with nature, a love of wildlife and the river that flows through our acreage,” says Stephen Jackiw. Stephen and his wife Nora started selling beautiful, robust perennials at local markets in 2000, adding culinary herbs and vegetables as the garden grew. For Stephen and Nora, how they grow is more important than what they grow. A combination of thoughtful land stewardship, sustainable practices, exceptional skill and care produce quality plants that are “nourishing for the body and soul.”
