Bob & Juli Proraki

Bob & Juli Proracki have been farming for 25 years on the spread that Bob’s grandfather purchased in 1923. They grow sweet potatoes, a crop that is currently enjoying consumer popularity because of its nutritious value. “We have learned that the sweet potato is the perfect food, the #1 vegetable,” proclaims Bob, adding “eat it raw!” From their crop, he & Juli produce a full range of home cooked sweet potato treats.
