Foodways among Canada's aboriginal societies developed over centuries of living according to principals of sustainability and respect for nature. Food Writer, Global-Local Eco-chef and Ecklectic Kitchen’s Karen Burson will demonstrate Bannock Bites and Three Sisters Soup. Gluten free and vegan options will be discussed. Join us every week in the Community Kitchen as chefs, stall holders, dieticians, farmers and food experts turn market fresh ingredients, into quick, easy, nutritious and affordable recipes.
