In order for FMO to consider a NEW Farmers' Market member, we require the following:

• Who is overseeing (championing) the market
• Copy of your Rules & Regulations and (if applicable) a copy of your Bylaws & Constitution
• Location, days of operation, etc.
• List of Board of Directors or Steering Committee
• List of Vendors and products sold, with complete address, telephone numbers & emails
• Any other relevant information
• NEW - A mandatory letter from your Local Health Unit regarding your eligibility of 51% producer rule under the Food Premises Act.

The information will be reviewed by the Board.

Farmers' Market Vendors Membership -
